What counts as an active service location
A service location is one customer property where you record service during the billing month. Visit the same pool four times in a month and it still counts once. A customer with three properties counts as three locations in the months you service all three.
- Locations you did not service that month are not counted.
- A location is counted the first time service is recorded, not when you create the record.
- Adding customers, properties, or equipment records costs nothing on its own.
What every account includes
Pricing does not change what you can use. The account you open on your first day has the same capabilities as an account servicing hundreds of locations.
- Unlimited technicians, office users, jobs, and customer records.
- Recurring schedules, route views, and custom task templates.
- Quotes, invoices, service reports, and the customer portal.
- Photo and note capture on every completed visit.
What is billed separately
Two things sit outside the usage rate, so it is worth knowing about them before you compare totals.
- Payment processing fees, which your provider charges you directly. Tracwave does not add a percentage on top.
- Optional add-ons such as a branded subdomain for your customer portal.
- Taxes, where they apply to your business.
When you are charged
Billing runs monthly and reflects the service you actually recorded. A month with no recorded service produces no usage charge and no base fee, though any optional add-on you keep active is still billed.
- Seasonal businesses are not charged for their quiet months.
- There is no contract term and no cancellation fee.
- You can export your customer and service records at any time.
