Our commitment

Tracwave is committed to providing a website and product that people with disabilities can use independently. We design and test toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Measures we take

• Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
• Provide programmatic names, instructions, status messages, and error identification for controls.
• Use semantic landmarks, headings, lists, tables, and dialog behavior.
• Test color contrast, zoom, reflow, reduced motion, and common assistive-technology workflows.
• Include accessibility checks in code review and release testing.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and provide a substantive response or accommodation as quickly as practical.

Compatibility

Tracwave is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and operating-system assistive technologies. Third-party services such as payment, mapping, and authentication tools may have their own accessibility support.
