Create and send invoices for completed visits or ongoing services in just a few clicks. Track what was sent, what was paid, and follow up with reminders when needed.
Optional Online Payments
If you connect your own payment provider (like your Stripe account), customers can pay invoices online through secure payment links. Funds go straight to you, and failed charges follow your provider’s normal retry rules. Prefer cash, check, or bank transfer? Simple pricing, no contracts
Pay monthly based on active properties only. No setup fees, no long-term commitment, and no confusing tiers.
$0.50 per active property
Each serviced property is counted once per month, even if you visit it multiple times.
Example: 120 properties = $60 + $25 monthly platform fee = $85/month.
High-volume plan
Manage 150 or more active properties and the $25 monthly platform fee is waived.
Example: 200 properties = 200 × $0.50 = $100/month total.
